Floatation devices, also known as flotation machines or simply floaters, are used to separate materials based on their density differences by creating a frothy layer of air bubbles that rise to the surface and carry with them the lighter particles such as coal and minerals, while leaving the heavier ones behind in the water tank. The process is often referred to as "flotation" due to its resemblance with how oil droplets behave when placed in water.
Electronic sieves, also known as vibrating screens or shakers, use an electronic control system for precise adjustment of mesh size and vibration frequency according to material properties and desired particle size distribution. By optimizing these parameters, electronic sieves can efficiently classify materials into different grades based on their sizes without causing damage or contamination during processing operations.
Centrifugal pump filtration systems utilize centrifugal pumps combined with filters designed specifically for liquid-solid separation applications where high flow rates are required along with efficient removal of solids from liquids through gravitational settling within rotating drums or chambers under controlled conditions.
High-efficiency electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) work by using static electricity charges generated between two electrodes separated by a gap filled with dust-laden gas streams passing through it at high speeds; this causes charged particles like dusts to be attracted towards one electrode resulting in collection onto plates covered by conductive coatings inside ESP housing units before being removed manually via rakes periodically cleaned regularly ensuring optimal performance efficiency against pollutants emissions sources.
